Shipping and returns of orders

Please find our shipping policy below. We are working hard to keep improving our products and to expand our collection with clothes for tall men. We currently offer free shipping above a certain order amount. We thank you for your understanding. As for now we only ship to countries within the European Union.

Orders to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium

> Free shipping on orders above €125.
> For orders lower than €125 we calculate a shipping fee of €6.
> Returns at own expense. (Or €7 with our pre-printed returnlabel)

Orders to the rest of Europe

> Free shipping on orders above €200.
> For orders lower than €200 please see below table for current rates.
> Returns at own expense.

We are working hard to process your placed orders as soon as possible so your order will be shipped the same day. We strive to have orders which are placed before 15:00h (CET) fulfilled and shipped the same (business)day. Please note that most forwarders don’t ship and deliver on Sundays (and sometimes Mondays).

Returns and refunds

By providing the best possible product information in our webshop we strive to deliver you products which exceed your expectations. Should you, for any reason, feel the need the return an ordered product either way, you may do so within 30 days after receiving your order. A refund of your returned item(s) will be made through the payment provider which you used upon placing your order and will be done after we have received and checked your returned item(s).

Please not that returns are at your own expense. With each order we will provide you with a returnlabel. Should you choose to use it, we will charge €7, which will be deducted from the order amount refunded to you. With this label we are able to trace your return as well.

We only refund returned items which meet the following standards:

> Items that have been used, washed, ironed or dry-cleaned cannot be returned.
> Items must be returned with the tag or sticker still attached.
> We can require payment for items that have been damaged.

Exchange of products

Should you want to exchange an item, because you ordered the wrong size or you simply don’t like the item you bought, please inform us through email so we can check your desired item is in stock. After confirmation on our side we will retain your desired product and you can return your item(s) to us! Return and re-shipping will then be on our account.
