Shipping

Below you will find our shipping and return policy. We are trying hard to keep developing and expanding our collection of clothing for tall men. Currently we only offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

> Always free shipping.
> Free exchange for another product.
> Returns at your own expense. (Or €7 when using our DHL return portal).

Orders to the rest of Europe

> Free shipping with an order value of at least €200.
> For orders under €200 see the table below for current rates.
> Returns at your own expense.

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and ship it the same day. As a rule, orders placed before 9 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Please note that not all shipping services deliver on Sunday (and sometimes Monday).

Return

By providing the best possible product information in our shop, we strive to exceed your expectations. If for any reason you decide you would like to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your package. A refund of your return will be made via the payment method you chose during checkout of your order. This will be done after we have received and inspected your products so we can sell them as new again.

Please note that returning (not exchanging) products is at your own expense. You can use the DHL return portal via THIS LINK. If you use this we will charge €7 in costs. Of course you are free to choose your own return method.

Products are eligible for a full refund only if:

> The products have not been worn for long periods, washed, ironed or steamed.
> The products have all original labels and tags.
> The products are free of hair, odors, liquids, bodily fluids or otherwise.
We will charge a fee if we have additional handling to make an item ready for sale again.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, another color or just a different product, you can also use the DHL returns portal, the link of which can be found in your order confirmation email. If you cannot find this link, please send us a message. It may happen that your desired product is not in stock. In that case, we will contact you whether you would like a replacement, to wait until it is in stock or to receive a refund. Costs associated with exchanging a product are at our expense.
